Time poor but wanting to be part of something?

Not super tech savvy?

No stress, we’ve got you.

We have designed this Membership so that you can engage in it as much or as little as your heart desires (and your life allows). If life gets too busy, you don’t have to do anything! When it allows, you can do a lot.

We’re keeping the information we share with you each month, bite-size, focused and digestible to avoid any unpleasant feelings of overwhelm. Each piece will be a maximum of 15 minutes.

We have 2 opportunities to connect face-to-face each month:

1. our Monthly Q & A for an hour where we'll answer your horse care, management and training questions that you have asked us (or bring your questions along live), and

2. our Hot Chocolate Chats, for just 30 minutes where you can come and connect and chat about anything, horsie or otherwise.

There is no obligation to attend - these are there for you.

You’ll have access to recordings of the Monthly Q & A sessions that you can come back to if and when you need them (the Hot Chocolate Chats are only available live).

We know you’re here to learn about horses, not technology!

We’re minimising your need to get familiar with too much technology and keeping it as simple for you as we possibly can - the most complicated part is signing up (and we’ve made that as easy as we can too)!

Here’s how we’ll be keeping it simple for you:

• A weekly email landing into your inbox will contain any links and directions you need.

• This will include links to our twice monthly video or audio content pieces that you simply need to click on to watch or listen to.

• We’ll be using Zoom for our Monthly Q & A and Hot Chocolate Chats - there will be a link in the email to join, you don’t need any special software besides a web browser.

• Our Membership Community will be on Facebook, should you want to interact and share. We’ll have a link to that sitting in each weekly email. In that group, we will post reminders and links as well, so you can find them not just in the email, but in the group.

We really will keep striving to keep this all as smooth, simple, and easy for you as possible. Hopefully, you’ll be using technology you’re already used to, or if it’s new, it’ll be a simple, fast learning curve and you’ll be comfortable.

Membership inclusions:

• 2 x monthly video or audio learning piece (15 minutes maximum) on specific topic, landing with you on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month.

• Monthly Q & A for an hour (7.30pm on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, Melbourne/Sydney time). This will be recorded and available to watch back if you can’t make it.

• Monthly Hot Chocolate Chats for 30 minutes (8pm on the 4th Wednesday of each month, Melbourne/Sydney time).

• Private Facebook group for asking questions, social connection, learning & sharing.

• Access to the cumulative collection of video & audio content that will build into a library that you can refer back to at any time.

Plus, you will:

• Have the exclusive opportunity to know who our podcast (An Equine Conversation) guests are ahead of time and be able give us questions to ask them on your behalf.

• Access 1:1 support packages for those times where you need more personal, tailored support.

• Get ‘first dibs’ on other activities we run & sometimes even, get exclusive access to discounts.

• Be invited to join us for an annual, virtual Christmas party celebration.

Will this Membership evolve?

Absolutely it will. As we engage with you and get a better feel for your needs, we’ll be gradually shaping this Membership (within some limitations), over time so it best supports YOU. Your input will help guide the direction we move in.

What else is there to know?

• There are a strictly limited number of places available at both our ‘Founding Member Rate’ and 'Earlybird Member Rate’. If you are a ‘Founding Member’, you will retain that Membership price for the life of the Membership while you remain a constant Member - any future price increases will not impact you.

• We will open the opportunity to join our Membership at regular time intervals; these will be the only times new members can join.

• We will be limiting Membership numbers because we want to ensure we can give all our members our time and attention. We want to know you and your horse(s) - you’ll never be just a name or number. There is not a ‘bottomless pit’ of Membership places available. You will not find yourself one of 100’s of Members. We’re keeping this personal and more intimate.

• Membership is open to anyone, anywhere in the world EXCEPT the US & Canada. My apologies to you gorgeous humans who are there. Unfortunately our legal systems disagree to the extent that the insurance underwriters here in Australia will not cover us to provide support to you. If that IS where you are in the world, drop us a line and we’ll suggest some other alternatives for you in lieu of being able to join us here.

• Membership are billed monthly and you can change your Member rate (between the 2 options you’ll have access to) or cease your Membership at any time through a self-service system.

• To ensure you receive our emails, you WILL need to add our email address, info@abbeysrunequestrian.com.au to your ‘safe senders’ email list. Otherwise, you risk them plopping into your junk/spam folders and hiding from you.

• You do not need to drink (or even like) Hot Chocolate to come to our Hot Chocolate Chats … it’s entirely optional.

• Learning information provided as part of the Membership is general advice. It is not tailored. However, as a Member, you have access to book 1:1 packages for those times when you really do need advice that is more specific to your unique horse + human + environment situation, and you have the option to join (when we have intakes) in our 4-month virtual program for owners of young and/or green horses, From Green to Growth where tailored advice is part of the learning.
